Quick Questions About
Obtaining An Invitation Letter For Your China Visa Application:
|
"Do I need a visa to travel to
China?"
|
Yes, every foreigner needs a visa to enter
China.
|
|
"Can you get me a visa to visit
China?"
|
Only the Chinese Embassy or Consulate can
grant you a visa to visit China. In some countries there are
some travel agencies or specialised visa agencies that can
help you with your application. Some such visa agencies are
listed here.
You will need to complete the visa
application process yourself. In any country, you can do
this directly with the Chinese Embassy / Consulate. They
will advise you on the application process.
china-invitation-letter.com
is here to help you obtain a proper invitation from a
Chinese company to visit China. This is an essential part of
the China Business Visa application in most countries.
|
|
"Do I need an invitation letter if
I'm just a tourist?"
|
No probably not. If you're a tourist [in the
case of most countries] you can get a Tourist (L) Visa to
visit China. e.g. for visiting Beijing, for a backpacking
trip, etc.
Invitation letters are usually only needed
if you're visiting China on business - the F Visa.
Click
here to read the official China visa guidelines on the F
visa.
The business visa allows you to stay longer,
may include multiple entries, and of course can be reclaimed
as a business expense ! :)
|
|
"Can you get me an invitation
letter?"
|
For citizens of most countries, if you
complete our application process and you're a legitimate
business visitor to China, we can get a proper
invitation letter for you!
|
|
"What company in China does the
invitation letter come from?"
|
We'll liaise with the Chinese company that
fits your business profile. There's no need for you to pay
this company or contact them yourself. We'll arrange the
letter for you and send it to you.
|
|
"What language is the invitation
letter in?"
|
The invitation letter is in English. The
logo, address, and company stamp of the local Chinese
company may be in Chinese.
|
|
"How many people can one
invitation letter be used for?"
|
The invitation letter is for one person
only. If you are planning to visit China in a group, each
individual will need to obtain an individual invitation
letter for their visa application. Please enquire about
multiple order discounts if you need more than one person's
invitation letter.
|
|
"How long does the invitation
letter remain valid for?"
|
The invitation letter relates to one trip
and can't be re-used in the future. The letter states the
dates of your intended visit and probably wouldn't be
accepted for an application falling after those dates.
If you're lucky you'll be able to get a
multi-entry F (business) visa to China. That means that
during its period of validity (up to 6 months at the time of
writing) you can leave China and re-enter without needing a
new visa. So with a multi-entry visa you wouldn't need a new
invitation letter for new trips while the visa was
valid.
|
|
"If I get an invitation letter,
can I work in China?"
|
No, you can only work in China legally if
you have a Z Working Visa and a Residence Permit. You need
to be employed by a Chinese company for that, so please
consult your (prospective) employer.
|
|
"Can you give me a discount on the
invitation letter fee?"
|
Maybe. We'll email you about this and you
can make a decision at your leisure.
Our fees are the lowest available anywhere
online.
|
|
"Can I pay by other methods, e.g.
cheque, Western Union etc?"
|
No, sorry.
|
|
"If I have an invitation letter
will I definitely get a visa?"
|
We can't guarantee the success of your visa
application, but things are becoming more relaxed these days
with more business visitors and tourists coming into
Mainland China every month.
Because you'll have a proper, official,
legal invitation letter addressed to you personally, you
stand a much better chance of visa approval.
|
|
"Can you help me with other
paperwork associated with my visa application?"
|
Basically, no. But if you have some
questions feel free to ask us and we may be able to point
you in the right direction!

Please Read The Small Print!
-
The fee for the invitation
letter is payable in advance. Once the invitation letter
is sent to you, the fee is not refundable.
-
We offer no guarantee that
your visa application is going to be successful. But without
a proper invitation letter there's a good chance it will
be unsuccessful! ;)
-
We reserve the right to
cancel orders and refund full payment if an invitation
letter cannot be provided for whatever reason. This
includes cases where we feel we cannot properly confirm
the source of the payment. When paying by Paypal please
use your own Paypal account / credit card, not somebody
else's.
-
Please ensure you provide
fully correct details of yourself and your business
during the application process. We cannot guarantee that
we can make changes to an invitation letter once it has
been processed.

Further Advice ...
Make sure you start your China visa application process at least two
months in advance of your intended travel date.
If you're talking to a travel agent about them helping you with the
visa application process, this can be a great way to save time if
you aren't sure of the details. However, it's worth talking directly
to your local Chinese Embassy because you can always do the
application yourself, directly, using your invitation letter from
us. You could save time and money!
